Did you know that we can do Fresh Squeezed Juices with our Personal Chef Meal Plans?
Juices, both fresh fruit and green juices can be extremely beneficial to your health as well as nutrition. Plus they are tasty! And compared to most ready-made or prepackaged juices, they have no additives and no added sugar. (If a juice happens to need some sweetness added to it to make it more pleasurable, we will use an organic local honey, agave, etc)

Fresh juices have more benefits because they are loaded with antioxidants and micronutrients like vitamin C, folate, and potassium, just to name a few. Also, fresh juices are good for fortifying our immune system, improving our health, lowering the risk of cancer, protecting the cardiovascular system, preventing kidney disease, assisting in weight loss, cleansing the skin, reducing wrinkles, and improving eyesight.
In addition, juices have incredible healing properties and can lower cholesterol levels. They are a natural anti-inflammatory, and they provide nutrients during pregnancy.
With the original oath of Hippocrates, “Let food be thy medicine…” it is also worth noting that if you do not realize and begin to implement when properly done, food can and will be your medicine, or eventually “medicine will become your food!”
