Gluten Free Bread Baking 201

Gluten Free Bread Baking 201

Virtual or In-Person

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?
This class is for anyone who would like to make gluten free bread, cornbread, baguettes, and focaccia bread. Once you know how to make these basics, you can use them as the base for your favorite appetizers and entrees, like toast points for hot dips, bruschetta, herb-filled focaccia bread, and pizza dough.

WHAT IS THIS CLASS

After Chef Vee mastered the basics of making gluten free white bread and buttermilk biscuits, he ventured onto other drool-worthy bread recipes. You will learn how to make bread in this class, including multi-grain bread, cornbread, baguettes, and focaccia bread (which doubles as an incredible pizza crust).

If you’re a graduate of Gluten Free Bread Baking 101 (link to class), this intermediate level class will take you beyond the basics of gluten free bread baking as you learn even more tips and tricks to master the art of bread.

If you have not taken Gluten Free Bread Baking 101 (link to class), it is not necessary, however, you must let us know. This will impact pricing, as the time frame of this class will be different, considering we will have to cover much of the theory taught in Gluten Free Bread Baking 101.
