WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?
If you are gluten intolerant, have celiac disease, or simply need or want to eat delicious gluten free pasta, this class is for you!

WHAT IS THIS CLASS
Store-bought gluten free pasta and Chef Vee have had a rocky relationship since he first tried the product in 2014. Despite following the directions explicitly, the final product was a pile of gluten free, gelatinous goo. There was no way Chef Vee would insult his out-of-this-world delicious pasta sauce by pouring it over something so sad.

As they say, necessity is the mother of invention, and thus, Chef Vee’s gluten free pasta recipe was born. The best part? He did it without buying a pasta maker or a pasta attachment, and you can do the same.

Chef Vee will teach you how to make gluten free pasta including, linguine, fettuccine, and ravioli with nothing more than the right ingredients, a pizza cutter, a rolling pin, and some elbow grease.

Aside from teaching you how to make his delicious gluten free pasta, Chef Vee will also teach you how to make an easy and delicious red or white sauce to compliment your gluten free pasta. (The sauce choice is up to you.) You will never buy another jar of sauce (or gluten free pasta) ever again!

COURSE GOAL
Learn how to make delicious, gluten free pasta that will taste better than anything you could buy at the grocery store.

LOCATION
This class can be held in person if you are located in the North Georgia Mountains or metro Atlanta area. With proper participation and planning, this class can take place outside of the Atlanta/North Georgia area.

This class is also available online via Zoom.

LENGTH
This in-person class is 2 – 3 hours and can be done one on one, as a group, or as a small party. We can tailor each class to meet your wants, needs, and desired outcomes.

If done online, this course will be divided into three 1.5 hour classes seven -10 days apart.

  • Virtual 
  • $200 for online class via Zoom 
  • In-Person Private Class
  • $300.00 per person, up to 3 attendees 
    • If the private, in-home class has more than three attendees, the host will need to consult with Chef Vee on how many participants can attend. The number of participants in attendance will be determined by the size of the kitchen, the number of ovens in the kitchen, etc.
    • The more attendees, the lower the cost is per person
      • 4 - 6 attendees $250.00 per person
      • 7 - 12 attendees $200.00 per person
  • Extra Bonus for All Private & Group Classes:  Each attendee can invite one partner, husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend, or best friend to come and eat free! 
  • Deposit: 

$200.00 per person. Your deposit will be applied to the cost of the total class. The remaining balance must be paid seven days prior to class.

Price Includes (If done in person)

  • All ingredients to make pasta and sauce for two attendees 
  • Chef Vedam will also bring a loaf of gluten free baguette for garlic cheese bread.
  • A Vee Culinary apron

Additional Details 

Two weeks before class, in preparation for the In-Person Private Class, you will receive: 

  • A list of all other supplies needed to fulfill the class syllabus (such as rolling pin, pizza cutter, scoop, measuring cups, parchment paper, sheet pans, etc.)
  • A list of all wet ingredients needed for class

Two weeks before class, in preparation for the Zoom class, you will receive: 

  • A list of all other supplies needed to fulfill the class syllabus (such as rolling pin, pizza cutter, scoop, measuring cups, parchment paper, sheet pans, etc.)
  • A list of all wet ingredients needed for class
  • You will be shipped all of the dry ingredients needed for the class
  • Your very own Vee Culinary apron!
  • The online course will be divided into 3 - 1.5 hour classes, 7 - 10 days apart.
