WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?
This class is for anyone who wants to learn how to make delicious gluten free bread and biscuits. From culinary novice to the veteran chef and everyone in between, our goal is to make you a gluten free baking extraordinaire.
WHAT IS THIS CLASS
After his celiac disease diagnosis, Chef Vee experimented with dozens of recipes and flour mixtures in the hopes of creating the best gluten free white bread recipe on planet earth.
Finally, after what felt like dozens of test runs, Chef Vee concocted the gluten free bread recipe of your dreams with ingredients that will nourish your gluten free heart, soul, and stomach.
COURSE GOAL
To teach participants how to bake delicious gluten free bread and biscuits with the best gluten free ingredients available.
LOCATION
This class can be held in person if you are located in the North Georgia Mountains or metro Atlanta area. With proper participation and planning, this class can take place outside of the Atlanta/North Georgia area.
This class is also available online via Zoom.
LENGTH
This class will take between 3 – 3 1/2 hours individually. A group class can take up to 4 – 4 1/2 hours because of the individual attention each attendee will receive, allotting time for questions throughout class, etc.

- VIRTUAL PRICING: $200
- In-PERSON Private Class*:
- $350.00 per person, up to 3 attendees
- 4 - 6 attendees $250.00 per person
- 7 - 12 attendees $200.00 per person
*A private class takes place in a private home with three or more attendees: Class size is determined by consultation with the host and by the size of the kitchen, the number of ovens available, etc.
- Deposit:
$150.00 per person. Your deposit will be applied to the cost of the total class. The remaining balance must be paid seven days before class.

After his celiac disease diagnosis, Chef Vee experimented with dozens of recipes and flour mixtures in the hopes of creating the most mouth-watering gluten free white bread recipe of all time. He encountered some hits and misses in his quest for the perfect gluten free bread recipe, and now that he’s conquered it, he wants to share it with you!
If you can measure, dump, and stir, you can learn how to make delicious, soft-textured crumb bread and biscuits that can be the base for your French toast, grilled cheese, buttermilk biscuits, cheese biscuits, savory herb enhanced biscuits, browned buttered biscuits or even sweet biscuits.
Chef Vee will pass along the timeless knowledge that has been passed down in his family for generations. You will be able to utilize these recipes for traditional or gluten free versions of soft, decadent, home-baked staples.

- Two timeless methods for baking bread and biscuits
- Game-changing tips and tricks Chef Vee learned through his own journey of making gluten free bread and biscuits
- Multiple ways to alter or enhance these two timeless methods
Two weeks before class, in preparation for the In-Person Private Class, you will receive:
- A list of all other supplies needed to fulfill the class syllabus (including baking pans, mixer regulations, scoops, measuring cups, parchment paper, etc.)
- A list of all wet ingredients needed for class
Two weeks before class, In preparation for the Zoom class, you will receive:
- A list of all other supplies needed to fulfill the class syllabus (including baking pans, mixer regulations, scoop, measuring cups, parchment paper, etc.)
- A list of all wet ingredients needed for class
- You will be shipped all dry ingredients needed for the class
- Your very own Vee Culinary apron!
